Shipyard Villas consist of a cluster of tin-roofed Key West-style town-homes set in a tropical water-front community. The homes are open-style with dining living areas that flow into one another adjacent to the kitchen. A half-bath is located on the main floor.
The second floor features two spacious bedrooms each with baths. The hallway has a laundry area and two storage closets. The rear view is of the marina with a gulf access waterway.
Local restaurants are just a short walk away. Downtown Fort Myers is one trolley stop from the community. HOA covers dock maintenance, landscaping, water/sewer, pool maintenance, and all exterior/structural insurance.
The marina has 21 slips available only to the villa residences. Your private boat slip is in your backyard.
The slips have deep water access to the Gulf of Mexico and accommodate vessels up to 38 feet. Slips are available to owners on a first come first serve basis.
A boat hoist can be installed at your slip subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
The community HOA covers dock maintenance, dock water/electric/lights and structure insurance. Slip fees are modest.
